We have two big product updates to announce that give you as the researcher complete control of the creative process of using AI in Notably.
First, you can now create a custom AI template to ask anything about your research. Create a template inspired by your company's values or personas, your favorite research framework, a fun workshop activity– anything you can imagine.
Secondly, we’ve released the entire library of prompts that power Notably's AI templates for Enterprise customers to view, copy, or use as a starting point for a custom template.
Both of these updates introduce prompting to the experience in Notably. Prompts are like the source code between the templates and AI that tell it what to do. They contain a set of specific questions and instructions to ask of the data, and writing them is both a technical and creative skill.
Writing a prompt for your custom AI template will be how you tell Notably what you want it to look for in your research and how you want the output (either a summary or insight) to be formatted.
Once you get comfortable with writing AI prompts, you can create anything you can imagine. To showcase what’s possible and to help you get started with prompting, here are 10 ideas and boilerplate prompts to use in Notably on your research today.
